Can you tell I‘m paging through library checkouts this morning? 😄 Cold virus = forced downtime.

This vegan cookbook will be a good if you don‘t already some staple favorites. Plenty of accessible and simple recipes. For me, it just doesn‘t spark that “I gotta have it” on my shelves impulse.

DogMomIrene Interesting. It does seem a little bland, which seems to happen whenever it‘s “5 ingredients or less” kind of vibe. I‘ve got this one and I really like the infographic style of the ingredients list, but I think I‘ve only made like 3-4 recipes from this cookbook so far. 2y
Tamra @DogMomIrene yes, the graphics are terrific! I think your observation is spot on with cookbooks focused on limited ingredients - they aren‘t always super exciting and they seem to overlap. 2y
