So close to being a pick but I feel some areas could have used some editing to clear up timing issues.

The story is told in both the past and present. A young man in search of his father quickly finds out his mother had been lying to him about many things his whole life.

Lots of complex characters and complicated relationships, which felt real and believable. Overall, it's a solid multi-generational story with only minor issues.
