A big ballet fan, I'd been hoping to see ABT's Whipped Cream when it premiered in 2017. My husband, an art fanatic, came home one day and said, "What do you know about this ballet Whipped Cream?" Pretty sure I stared at him agog as he's never had any interest in dance, but it turned out an artist he likes had done the scenic/costume design, so we snapped up tickets to the Chicago premiere and had a ball. When we found this book, it was a must-buy!
