This book and the series so far can only be described as delightful. Interesting characters and stories. Also this narrator has become one of my favorites, she just so good! 🎧

Finished this one last night. It was a fun historical mystery/romance. It‘s been a while since I read the first one but I think that was more mystery than romance. This one was definitely more romance than mystery. It was still good and I really liked Val and Caro. I‘m excited for the next one!

This a good sequel, & I‘m glad there will be another one. The plot is a mystery and romance. Feminist characters and a story that doesn‘t make you think too much. And Ludwig the grumpy cat is back! Just what I needed.

A sweet book that tried to do too much. It wanted to be a mystery and a romance and I think that made it less of either.
