This is a very concise, well-written account of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire in 1911. I first learned about this tragedy in an Alice Hoffman book and wanted to learn more. It shows the despicable working conditions of the times and how hard people had to fight, mostly women, to get things changed with the barest of safety measures. I‘m looking forward to reading some historical fiction about this. 5⭐️ Can be read in one sitting!

JenlovesJT47 @TheBookHippie it‘s something a lot of people don‘t know about unfortunately. I think it would make a great HBO miniseries like Chernobyl! 2y
Larkken It was a small part of Hidden Palace, too, if fantasy alt history is ever your thing! 2y
