May 1149. Unexplained death follows Gareth and Gwen wherever they go, as does their reputation for solving murders. So when a man turns up dead at Carlisle Castle, where the pair have traveled as representatives of Gwynedd, King David of Scotland naturally turns to them for answers. But as the investigation unravels, fractures begin to appear within Gwynedds proposed alliance. Once again, Gareth and Gwen find themselves at the center of a conspiracy with the throne of England on the line in The Faithless Fool, the fourteenth Gareth & Gwen Medieval Mystery. Complete Series reading order: The Good Knight, The Uninvited Guest, The Fourth Horseman, The Fallen Princess, The Unlikely Spy, The Lost Brother, The Renegade Merchant, The Unexpected Ally, The Worthy Soldier, The Favored Son, The Viking Prince, The Irish Bride, The Princes Man, The Faithless Fool. I finished this one on Thursday on the bus. I forgot to post about it. Sorry guys. I‘ve been a terribly Litsy friend the last few weeks.

This just might be the most twisted, complicated death of the entire series. I loved every second of it. The big news is of course Llelo and Dai growing up and really becoming men.
👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

GingerAntics It‘s crazy to think of Llelo because 17! Dai is 15! It‘s mind blowing. I still picture 13/14 year old boys in my head (even though 14 makes you legally a man in wales at this time), but they really are men now. In a few more books, one of them is going to fall in love and get married! I can‘t wait! 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 (edited) 2y
GingerAntics Mumford also read this one, so it was absolutely awesome in every way. I seriously hope he does every new book from now on. #SarahWoodbury #TheFaithlessFool

Proudly presenting… @Texreader (I promise this isn‘t even remotely close to a spoiler.)

Finally going to read this one, over a year after I got the paperback and ebook. Luckily, Tom Mumford is the narrator again. I seriously hope he‘s taken over for Schroeder now. Anyway, starting this after some sleep. I‘m guessing this one is about Cadwaladr. Faithless and fool both describe him well.

Texreader Congrats on the super early release!! 3y
GingerAntics @Texreader no idea how it happened, honestly. I‘m not arguing, though. I‘m hoping I feel up to reading soon so I can take it for a spin. 3y
TheBookHippie Read this article 😳 it‘s an interesting take I thought you‘d find fascinating https://forward.com/culture/473012/adolf-eichmann-is-alive-and-well-and-living-i... 3y

GingerAntics @TheBookHippie that‘s troubling, but entirely accurate. Trump is absolutely the new Hitler, and the crazy republicans are the new nazis… unashamed neo-nazis support them, and they‘re cool with it. Trump admits to being raised by the biggest nazi of them all. (edited) 3y
TheBookHippie @GingerAntics Yup. Interesting simple article on it. 3y
GingerAntics @TheBookHippie I think it puts the argument in nice simple terms. It‘s straight forward and easy to follow. If you want more information, it points you in that direction a bit. It‘s a good article. I get that people see the comparison as extreme and it doesn‘t necessarily feel like anything that‘s happened here is that extreme (I‘d say 6 Jan should have done it but, ya know…), but it wasn‘t a sudden extreme thing in Germany either. 3y
TheBookHippie @GingerAntics exactly it‘s a slow burn. 3y
