#ReadAroundTheWorld #Sweden

Swedish murder mystery set in a lonely village where the locals are at odds with the new comers setting up some kind of commune.

The story takes place over 18 years and as a reader I found it very confusing there weren‘t that many characters but I still got in a muddle.

This was a very slow build up and the reveal was not very enlightening overall I am left scratching my head.

BarbaraBB I loved this one when I read it a lifetime ago. I have always meant to reread it one day. So atmospheric. But I‘m not sure if it aged well!? 3mo
BookwormM @BarbaraBB it is definitely atmospheric the landscape descriptions are brilliant maybe I was expecting a faster paced story 3mo
