Spring is here and I just recently discovered that there is a raven version of the zz plant (I‘ve got a regular zz plant that is about 10 years old and just gorgeous) - so I had to take a chance on ordering this hard to kill plant from an Etsy seller. Fingers crossed it survives and thrives.
Related - I‘m all about plants these days and over the next couple of months I‘m hoping to add quite a few new houseplants to my little apartment. 🪴💜

LiteraryinLawrence That‘s exciting! I‘m finding myself more plant-focused lately too. ☺️ 3y
eeclayton The book title on the left I find super relatable 😂 3y

Pickpick

I am horticulturally challenged but really want to have a green thumb! When I realized my plant killing skills were really out-doing themselves this spring I decided it was time to pick this book off the shelf and see what I could to to help my poor little plants. It‘s very insightful and time will tell what kind of response I get from those that are still alive.

Texreader I feel exactly the same way! A big desire but dastardly bad at keeping things alive. Granted I‘ve kept a couple of houseplants alive for a couple of years but they look like they are on their last legs and have pretty much looked that way for years. I‘m the eternal optimist that they perk up someday! 4y
StephanieGeiser @Texreader I am exactly the same! The biggest thing I learned from this book is that I think I am an over-waterer, which can be just as bad as under watering. I‘m going to try to be more patient between waterings and see how that goes! (edited) 4y
