The Other Woman's House
The Other Woman's House: A Zailer and Waterhouse Mystery | Sophie Hannah
3 posts | 10 read | 10 to read
The latest psychological thriller from the internationally bestselling author of The Wrong Mother and The Cradle in the Grave It's past midnight, but Connie Bowskill can't sleep. To pass the time, she logs on to a real estate website in search of a particular house, one she is obsessed with for reasons she's too scared to even admit to herself. As she clicks through the virtual tour, she comes across a scene from a nightmare: a woman lying facedown on the living room floor in a pool of blood. But when she returns to show her husband, there is no body, no bloodjust a perfectly ordinary room, with a perfectly clean beige carpet. The sixth book in Sophie Hannahs beloved Zailer and Waterhouse series, The Other Womans House offers unforgettable suspense and a heart-stopping conclusion that Ruth Rendell and Tana French fans will love.

I have to bail this #audiobook because it was weird and boring. So I hope my next #audiobook is better. But is also one book less on my #tbrpile *yeah*

I hope you have also wonderful holidays!

Panpan

I really hated this book 😅 there were so many characters and different things going on all over the place. I didn‘t care about any of them or what was happening. Kept forgetting which character was which and at the end I was like oh, ok. Cool, it‘s done.
