An old game helps a new kid find his footing. It is David’s first day at his brand-new school. He doesn’t know anyone. OMG I have not played elastic skip in so long. It wasn‘t a thing in state side schools (military brat here). To see a kid who hope someone will play with him so they can pass the game onā€¦. So sweet. All around a pretty sweet book with illustrations to match.
