Never trust a man who doesn't like coffeeMaybe Kirstine Brown - or Kirsty as her friends call her - should have heeded her grandfather's advice before she let Iain Young get under his skin. From the first time the billionaire business man stood in the doorway of Joe's Coffee House, she knew she was in trouble. When property developer, Iain Young's father passed away, he inherited more than just the majority share in Young's Property Developers, he also inherited Cairistìne Court. The building is in the heart of Edinburgh's Leith district, a prime development area, but there's a stubborn tenant with a binding contract standing in the way of his plans.Looking for answers at Joe's Coffee House to the confusing contract, Iain young finds more than he bargained for when he realizes that he's falling for the wary, but feisty blonde barista, Kirsty.Iain knows that he needs patience to win Kirsty over, but unfortunately, secrecy, like most things, can cause misunderstandings. Throw in an ex who wants him back, a greedy employee who does everything in his power to sabotage Kirsty, and Iain has his work cut out for him. Are his vast negotiating skills going to be enough to help him win Kirsty's heart? Or is he going to be left with nothing but bittersweet memories?

I have not read any romance in a while but I loved reading this book! Fun, flirty and relaxing. You will however need to have a nice cup of coffee or two to go with it so might as well grab some chocolate while your at it!
