While the workday wasn‘t AS terrible as ones earlier this week and I am tired but not ragged, I can‘t let go of the worry and anxiety about not doing my job well enough. The meditate today was good, though, and I have a little energy now to find some Wodehouse or something fun to get lost in after a DNF (for now) today.
