pickThis is the third short story collection I've read of Wydham's and my favorite of the bunch. Published in 1956, it is comprised of entirely science fiction stories and there isn't a bad one in the bunch. As I've said over and over, Wyndham is a great story teller and I think his short stories stand up against those of any other author. It‘s clear that Wyndham influenced authors and screenwriters who filled him. Love his tone and writing style.
I‘d like to order a new body, please. Seriously, I can‘t complain. I had friends that didn‘t make it this long. Every day is a gift.
