I really enjoyed this book. Full of twists and turns and I really liked the seamless movement between past and present. His first book (Harry Quebert Affair) was brilliant. This one was not as good but came pretty close. Kept you guessing until the end.

This was a very long book. In some ways it's good, it allows more information of the characters and their lives. In others it meant the story dragged a little with extra parts that weren't needed. The story is told by various characters and jumps around the times quite a bit.The mystery itself was clever and had plenty of twists along the way. The ending was good and finished the story well. 3* #Netgalley

Sace Also a warning, I barely made it past 10 pages and I was buying a book (.99 on Amazon Kindle.) Apparently not in the Litsy database. España La Novela. 6y
