Thomas Jefferson's Monticello Museum Shop | 
We visited Monticello — Thomas Jefferson‘s home and pride&joy. Loved the room painted about this shade of yellow but brighter — no interior pictures allowed, understandably. Overwhelmed by the book choices at the bookstore there (taggable on Litsy!); so only walked away with this cup and bookmark. “I cannot live without books”, indeed!

ValerieAndBooks @Hollie it‘s about 100 miles from DC, so if you have the time, do it 👍! My youngest just started college (W&L) in VA, so now hoping to visit all the history down there over the next few years! We also visited Appotomax Courthouse after dropping him off. 5y
