Pickpick

Erskine is brilliant with the spooky. A five ⭐️ read until the last page. The ending was abrupt and didn't provide quite enough closure.

For those who've read this one, what am I supposed to even make of that final scene/last page?! 😧🤔

Erskine perfectly captures that jumping in your bed, hiding under your covers, seeing someone from the corner of your eye adrenaline rush! I've still a long way to go but definitely feeling the creepiness factor in this one 👻😨

Melissa_J I love Erskine's books. Still have yet to read this one. 7y
Ms_T I read House of Echoes a couple of years ago and it was spooky 👻 7y

Mehso-so

I am not sure if I like or hated this book. was a bit melodramatic for my taste but I had to keep reading it to find out what happened. My aunt is a fan and gave me a few to read while I recover after an operation. Might read something else before I try another book
