Starting this one today! Any thoughts on it? I started it on audiobook and couldn't concentrate, so hoping the ebook connects with me more. It's my book club's September pick.

Kaylamburson Oh, how odd! I just started it, but it seems like a rom-com about two people who were childhood best friends and fate has them meeting again as adults. And it's centered on astrology and one believes in it and the other is all about logic. @keys_on_fire 4y

Star-Crossed | Minnie Darke

so-so

I liked this one but didn't really enjoy it. It is written really thoughtfully and intelligently and the way that everyones life is altered "by the stars" as the story progresses is really brilliant. Theres something fascinating to be said about perception vs reality. However the pacing wasn't great and at times I was all but begging for it to be over. In the end I was really satisfied by how things wrapped up, it just took forever to get there.
