An amazing book! I love this story, it‘s one of my favorites! A classic story of a young boy going on a great adventure! I love all the different tellings of this story, with both good and bad giants.

“Tell me, beanstalk, grown so high, do you reach up to the sky?”

jack and the beanstalk was always one of my favorite classics stories from when I was younger, so I love reading all different versions of it.

The language in this story is a bit more advanced, for older students. It follows the traditional folks tale of jack and the beanstalk. It‘s a fun read with good, vibrant illustrations

“And now Jack and his mother had plenty to live upon...”

Illustrator Matt Tavares is a genius. His artwork looked so realistic and detailed.

Jack and the Beanstalk by Edith Nesbit published in 2006 is a good story. I enjoyed the ending, how the land just flourished and it was pure happiness.

This story followed traditional folklore and was very fun! The illustrations are very unique and eye appealing. I would read this to my class.

This book is more for an older audience because of the words it uses. It is a very good story, but I would probably read it to an older elementary classroom rather than a preschool or kindergarten.

This book is a great tale and I would use it in my classroom!

This book was published in 2006. This book is longer and would be for an older audience. As the characters pose conflicts, the other characters must find solutions. The illustrations were beautiful and detailed.

The book followed the oral tradition and had great illustrations. Really enjoyed it!

The language used is written up to children and uses exciting and bold words. It keeps with the oral tradition. The illustrations are wrapped around the text and makes it inter and unique.

“The first thing that occurred to jack to do was to leap out of the oven, seize the hen under his arm, and make off for the Beanstalk and his home as fast as ever he could.”

This story has beautiful pictures in it along with a exciting story for children to read.

Jack and the Beanstalk is a traditional literature piece in which a young boy is granted magical beans that grow high up into the sky. Once Jack had climbed the beanstalk he meets a giant that had a hen that laid golden eggs. This story is a classical read that has a exciting and thrill bearing story. The children will be interested in Jacks own life story along with his luck of the Beanstalk and the giant.
