The writing is amazing! It‘s almost lyrical.

What is really great about this, and any post-White House memoir, is the behind the scenes look at an administration. Noonan provides stories of her time at the White House and on H.W. Bush‘s campaign that brings that history to life. She is a truly talented writer and is responsible for some of the most famous speeches in presidential history. This book showcases her talent.
