Good book and a fast read, but quickly disappeared from my memory.

I read this book based on a recommendation from a friend. I found the earlier chapters more interesting than the later chapters. Overall I liked the science aspect of the book but less so the story the author was trying to create around the science.

Listening to this while cooking and otherwise being busy in the kitchen. Great topic read but a really good narrator!

Will make you rethink training and hydration for example but the author tends to hedge his opinions on the research.

What are you reading today? 🌞

I'm curled up with Endure, a book about human performance, sports, and how we can learn healthy ways to push ourselves. I'm in the beginning stages of my new workout plan and I need motivation. I'm SORE!
