I‘m going to guess that the authors of this book are wealthy, white, and able-bodied. Because time isn‘t an equal resource for me. I have to work more than I‘d like so that I can continue to scrape by. Even then, I‘m lucky to have the support and resources that I do. And my time in the day is limited. Constant fatigue from chronic mental health limits what I can do in a day. No. Time is not equal.
