This book is a nice resource for new parents and a good one to look back for things you can‘t quite remember or haven‘t experienced with your other children.
It‘s very blunt and straightforward, and doesn‘t offer much help if you practice a more holistic lifestyle. But still a nice resource. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
