I suppose, if you had no other source for ideas for spellwork, then you could possibly get a few ideas from this book. That said, it‘s chaotically organized (not structured at all, as far as I can tell). There‘s no index of spells or of topics, so there‘s no way to find anything, and everything is just sorta mashed together. I found it difficult to pay attention, since it kept jumping from topic to topic. Definitely #borrownotbuy. Two stars. ⭐️⭐️
