Dr Chaterjee‘s pillars of EAT, SLEEP, RELAX and MOVE is an amazing way to focus on the things you need to prioritise in life to feel and be healthier physically and mentally.
He‘s a U.K. based practicing GP and he‘s not selling a product, he‘s not selling anything other than free, easy tips to try for a healthier way of life. I‘m not often a re-reader but I‘ll be re-reading this and I‘ve already subscribed to his podcast. HIGHLY recommend.

Nothing earth shattering but solid sensible advice, accessible and well researched 👍It is also nicely published.... Expensive paper that is smooth to the touch! #read2018
