This is a hard book to review! The writing was excellent. Nonfiction that wasn‘t dry and was still spectacularly researched. The subject was hard. Maraniss framed the Vietnam war from the perspectives of student activists at the University of Wisconsin, soldiers attacked in an ambush, and the White House. An important book to read. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
