Food Around the World

I have been thinking of a new club for 2021 for a long time now and @sblbooks gave me the push I needed.

This is what I am thinking to understand the world around us. Each month, we will focus on a country - around the world. We would choose our own literature to read. Share tidbits of the culture or customs we learn through the month. And share recipes, food, restaurants, etc. We'll share pics of our eats too.

Anyone interested?

Butterfinger @sblbooks I originally thought to do it like the author of the month club. Do you want to cohost? Do you have the list of months for the entire year? Of your subscription? 4y

sblbooks No. I don't have a list of the months for the entire year with my subscription, it's a surprise every month. I like your idea of everyone reading from the same country each month. I just wanted to clarify. I don't think I could commit to co-hosting. I could be a substitute, on occasion, if something happened that you you needed help. 4y
