One of the top 5 restaurants I‘ve ever eaten in, Commander‘s Palace cookbook is one of my faves. I‘d cook out of it more, but the recipes tend not to be Weight Watcher friendly. 😂 The steak Diane is so good and so easy, and on the menu for tonight. @MrBook posted a question about cookbooks yesterday, which is why I thought to post this when I pulled it off the shelf earlier. You can tell it‘s well used.
