I am loving this series! There‘s some serious outside drama, but the relationship between the MCs is so sweet and considerate.

Rachel and Vic know each other - her sister is in love with his cousin (book 1 in this series) Rachel was an FBI agent, but now tattoos and does other artwork. Her parents are trying to get her committed because she‘s changed her life and they‘re hiding abuse as care. (Read book 1 to really get background on this)

Lauren_reading Vic and Rachel are made for each other. He‘s caring and sweet, but understands her need to protect herself and respects and is attracted to her strength. She loves his love for his family and how he needs to care for others. 4y

Book 2 down! Another solid story from Lauren Dane.

Strong but flawed Rachel lets herself fall for charming and determined Vic. Continuation of family drama from Unraveled, with resolution at the end.

Downside: some continuity errors that really grated, though mostly minor. Rachel‘s dad as villain gets fleshed out but is still a little hard to believe.

Overall good, though book 1 was better.

Grabbed Jagged off my shelf cause it caught my eye a week or more ago! Did a quick GR search & discovered that it‘s book 2 🤯. Onto Kobo I went & bought book 1!! 📚🎶. Gonna see if this peeks my interest. Anyone read this series? It‘s all new to me & I didn‘t even read the blurb 🤯
