Haven Moore can't control her visions of a past with a boy called Ethan and a life in New York that ended in fiery tragedy. In our present, she designs beautiful dresses for her classmates with her best friend Beau. Dressmaking keeps her sane, since she lives with her widowed and heartbroken mother in her tyrannical grandmother's house in Snope City, a tiny town in Tennessee. Then an impossible group of coincidences conspire to force her to flee to New York, to discover who she is, and who she was. In New York, Haven meets Iain Morrow and is swept into an epic love affair that feels both deeply fated and terribly dangerous. Iain is suspected of murdering a rock star and Haven wonders, could he have murdered her in a past life? She visits the Ouroboros Society and discovers a murky world of reincarnation that stretches across millennia. Haven must discover the secrets hidden in her past lives, and loves, before all is lost and the cycle begins again.

A bit long-winded & felt like going round & round on the same merrygo round by end, but probably to be expected for a story of reincarnated souls finding themselves in different lives. Twists & turns keep you hooked when learning about a small town girl who lives in Tennessee mountains and rumored to be possessed by a demon bc she has visions of her former lives. Interesting characters and left wanting to know more about the Ousberoune Society

Would anyone like to do a buddy read? I‘ve never done one and I‘d like to make some bookish friends. Hoping a buddy read will help me to connect. Anyone interested?

What if love refused to die?

"So how does it work?" Haven asked. "How do people find each other again?" All I know is that we're drawn to the people we've loved before." ?
I found The Eternal Ones at an overstock store for $1 and my goodness I absolutely loved this book. I'm a huge sap for love stories so once I read the one sentence on the front I tossed the book in my cart.

A great book to read if you enjoy a good story about reincarnation and undying love. Haven Moore has visions of a past life and the boy she loved named Ethan, who may have also been her killer. She travels to New York City to find Ethan, and a mysterious society devoted to reincarnation, hoping to uncover the secrets of her past lives and loves. Starts off a bit slow but picks up after a few chapters. #LetterE #LitsyAtoZ
