I like that the author and publisher decided to write beginning chapter books for this series. This was short but fun. The full color illustrations are great, and the storyline pleasing. Much better than Dick and Jane. It serves as an introduction to first time readers of who the Nocturnals are, and what makes them Nocturnal.
