Pickpick

Many years ago 8+ yrs ago, I lived this book. Great recipes and my body was alive in every sense. I'm going to dive into this life style again. Finally unpacking all my personal books. ❤

Libby1 I'm a vegetarian. Would this be suitable for me? 7y
the_alternate_ending_library @Libby1 I am not a vegetarian so I am not suitable to answer that for you but here is some insight on the book. Thank you for your time and interest and have a great rest of your day. :-) 7y

the_alternate_ending_library It‘s a diet consisting mostly of fruits, vegetables, wild grain and seeds, as well as fish, meat from wild animals, and raw, unpasteurized dairy products. The book is easy to read, understand and apply and is based on our Maker‘s diet plan. 7y
the_alternate_ending_library The book also has entire chapters dedicated to other health topics such as raw whole food supplements, probiotics and fiber from flax and chia. It discusses practicing advanced hygiene, elements of emotional health such as the importance of forgiveness and exercise. It also covers body therapies such as sunlight, essential oils, deep breathing, music therapy and, of course, prayer. From The Jacket of “The Maker‘s Diet” 7y
