Essential self-care for the final week of writing my dissertation (440 pages and counting!) and pregnancy week 35. Phew.

Romance set in Tang Dynasty China? This sounds like my kind of catnip! #romantsy

EloisaJames I remember the last week of dissertation writing with foggy horror -- my son started walking and I thought, "oh, that's great" and went back to the computer. Hang in there!! 7y
triskeleseeker @EloisaJames thanks!! I can't even imagine doing this with a newbie walker...my goal since finding out I was pregnant has been to get this draft in before Baby Girl arrives so if she holds off for another few days I think I'm set. It has been a very long and somewhat demoralizing road (~10 years) and I can't believe I'm finally here. I figure it doesn't matter what happens afterward - just getting a complete draft in will count as my victory!! 7y
EloisaJames @triskeleseeker you will make it!! And what a triumph--dissertation draft and baby!! Hurrah! 7y
triskeleseeker @EloisaJames ❤thank you! I needed that encouragement today. 💐 (edited) 7y
