My Grandma Grimes died this evening at age 95. I loved her very much and didn‘t keep it a secret that she was my “favorite Grimes”. She treated me like her granddaughter since before I even married into the family. We wrote each other letters back and forth and I‘m sad that USPS failed to deliver the one I sent last week. She wrote and illustrated 2 nature books for children in her 90s. She was seriously adorable and charming. Rest in peace. 💔

Tamra Oh, I‘m so sorry! What a special relationship you both enjoyed. 6y
