There is some good info in this book, but overall it had a *very* narrow approach to dealing with narcissistic parents - it assumes you'll continue interacting with them, and focuses on how to deal with those interactions. I would have liked it to focus more on healing (the "getting over" part of the subtitle). There's also an assumption that the reader has narcissistic tendencies as well, with lots of cheesy self-help exercises to address that.
