WhatDeeReads @Lesliereads Habri Gabi means, "what's the news?" The answer is the day of Kwanzaa, which in today's case is ujima. Means collective work and responsibility. 7y

I absolutely love this book!!!! I used it in my classroom and then in raising my son. I consider this a Must Read for the many culturally diverse celebrations around our Mother Earth and in each of her countries. I'll admit I'm not PC! I celebrated each holiday with my children. As each is its own diverse blessing and none should be lost! Nor lumped together in holidays
