so-soMarquis De Sade, the first and ultimate libertine they say and after a quick Google search I found he is quite the character. Born in the seventeen century, Marques was quite unusual and the word sadism was directly taken from his name and invented for him and his behaviour. I can't describe this book, it's a hard read in a lot of ways so all I will say is, read it for yourself but it's not for the faint hearted in any shape or form.
