so-soNot a popular opinion, but I just thought this was so-so. I couldn't stand Bernice and hated reading her POV. This is a two person POV, Pia and Bernice. Set during the Spanish Flu Epidemic in Philadelphia.

pickEnjoyed this book. I usually don't reread books but I am sure I will reread this one. It's set in the 1930's - 50's, with a little bit in the 1980's and 2019. It's a historical novel focusing on an Italian Crime Family.

I found myself thankful for my bed to be sick in, and thankful that there are humans like Deo in existence.
