Fun, twisty Golden Age mystery about an amnesiac who may or may not have shot a man and stolen some emeralds. The hero is charming and the heroine is a lot pluckier than than poor Cynthia from Greylands. I think you‘d like it @LeahBergen

For my #weeklyfavorites this week, I just finished reading the tagged book. It was my favorite. It‘s a collection of classic fairytales. It‘s available on Kindle Unlimited to read and listen to. I have 3 Kindle Unlimited prompts on my #readyourkindle list and this book filled one of those prompts. These stories are short and I didn‘t know what else to read on Kindle Unlimited but I figured that I can‘t go wrong with fairytales. I like fairytales.

Book 1 of a new series for me! Detective Lavender , set in the early 1800s the Detective is called from London to investigate the disappearance of the heiress of a crumbling estate. Her half brother and sister run it at the moment. She has not reached her majority so is still technically under their care. As the book develops, one realizes she's has not been well treated, as she lived away till she came back to care for her dying mother. ⬇️

Crazeedi Lots of angles, twists and dark turns in this very interesting first book. After I borrowed this, I realized I had bought the first 3 or 4 books in the series for my kindle!! And I had a physical copy on my shelf!! Lol 😆 how often do you do that??!! 18h

I found this book that I want to read for my Kindle Unlimited prompt on my #readyourkindle list. I was looking through all the new books that are on Kindle Unlimited now and I couldn‘t find anything I wanted to read so I did a search for fairy tales. I haven‘t heard all of these fairy tales but I know that they‘re dark and that a lot of them have been adapted into Disney movies. This one is available now on Kindle Unlimited to read and listen to.

I‘m glad I was notified of new arrivals on Kindle Unlimited because last night after finishing my other Kindle book, I was trying to find something I want to read on Kindle Unlimited for my Kindle Unlimited prompt on my #readyourkindle list and none of the books were appealing to me or calling my name so I‘ll look at the new arrivals and see if I can find something that I want to read. I thought this would be an easy prompt but I‘m struggling.

Here‘s my review for a book I just finished reading. This one is on my #readyourkindle list and I chose this one for my mood read prompt. Well at least it was short.

A solid fantasy adventure novel with a hint of romance. The main characters have an age gap that I feel a little uncomfortable with, but I just pretend it‘s not happening and the rest of the book is fantastic! #readyourkindle

welp, it certainly was all action and tension, but it was hard to believe someone could take that many wounds and survive never mind manage to save his friends.

Still, I'll probably read more in the series.
