another historical fiction down the hatch. my first on the Great Depression & Dust Bowl struggles. while it is obviously a rather depressing book, I find it fascinating to know about all of history.

Kate Quinn does not disappoint. truly loved all the twists and turns of this one, especially towards the end.

another one down, I really enjoyed Cilka‘s Journey as well as her other book Tattooist of Auschwitz. I‘ve always been very intrigued on learning about this horrible time in history, through fiction or nonfiction🤍

started my year off laughing & crying. not sure how I‘ll top this read🤍

Loving this series so much, really feels like I‘m reading a Sherlock Holmes novel. Cannot wait for the next.

I‘m loving this book and how it‘s written in a series of interviews but it really makes you think of how would you act in such a situation. Would you kill to live another day?
