I don't know where my fascination for her stemmed from but I felt like I've grown up with this woman even if we're worlds apart (obviously), she's fun, irreverent, spontaneous and adventurous (most of which, I hardly am). But she has stayed resilient, hopeful and wide-eyed (and baby-faced). And now that we're both adults I can now relate to her more as we both continue to aspire for that optimism everyday.

Finito with my bibliopicks for June!

#DivineMisfortune tackles what life would be like if one can subscribe to any god from ancient mythologies ala food delivery, to cater to your whims and wishes.

#AuntErma'sCopeBook delivers the usual hilarity and test in sanity suburban moms go through.

Finito with my bibliopick for May!

#TheNest spoke a lot of truths to me on family, relationships and growing old.
Though anemic at times, Cynthia D'Aprix Sweeney's prose hums beautifully about the complication of sharing a life with siblings.

Moderately cute-baby face-guy-reading #HotDudesReading! Harhar!
The delight is obvious because this takes bookporn to another level!
