I'll admit some of the book is fluff. I was impressed by the excercises. The false rewards section and her down to earth tone were great for me. I do believe I got something out of the book and for that it makes it worth it.

I watched the show before reading the book and I found the shows and movie to be better than this book. Without giving too many spoilers I feel like it didn't give enough details for the story that unfolded to make sense.
