This book was outstanding! There‘s so much historical details. I feel like I learned so much! Tamera Alexander weaves historical details in so well.
I loved Roland and Lizzie‘s love story! The fact that it was real makes it that much better.
I loved the history, the love story, the emotion, the characters, and the writing.
I cried and teared up multiple times. I also smiled and laughed. That‘s the power of a good book to me.

This was both heartbreaking yet filled with hope.
This split-time novel follows the lives of two different women with two very different lives yet they share the same dream of one day owning a dress shop.
This was a beautifully crafted story! There‘s the historical timeline as well as the contemporary. They‘re woven together really well. I enjoyed both!

This was an amazing debut novel by Amy Lynn Green!
It‘s told through letters during WWII.
In the beginning, I wasn‘t positive how I was going to like the epistolary style and it took me a while to get into it, but once I did, I was all in.
It was so good! I highlighted half the book. So many beautiful quotes!
Definitely recommend for fans of WW2 fiction or historical fiction in general.

This book is super inspiring. Jamie Grace‘s vulnerability in her work has always been something I admire so much. She reassures me that I‘m not alone and not as crazy as I feel sometimes.
Not only is it inspiring, it‘s also relaxing to weird (sounds strange, I know)
Anyways, I don‘t read nonfiction often, but this was one I looked forward to reading!

I was hesitant to read this one but I ended up I liking it ok! Elaine was a sweet character and I really liked Blaise. Will was an okay character for me. I just felt kind of neutral to him although I did like his protective side.

There was some curse words scattered throughout. They were mild but I would‘ve preferred there were none. That‘s just a personal thing.

Overall, it was entertaining and a different read.

This novella was a very sweet, clean love story! It was a quick, enjoyable read. I like how the author added in little elements from the original B&B fairytale. They‘re subtle but still there.
The old-fashioned, quaint charm of it was wonderful too! It gave me the feeling of a Jane Austen novel so of course I loved that.
