Well, this was disturbing!! But also very thought provoking. Burnside surely knows how to balance incredible prose with nauseating episodes. 5/5 stars

Finally got my hands on this and I'm looking very much forward to reading it. Hope it's as good as the others, but why wouldn't it be? 😊

Wow!! Just wow! What a wonderful story. I was caught at the beginning and through the last pages was covered in constant goosebumps. This book will stay with me for a long time. 5/5 stars without a doubt.

TrishB My daughter (14yo at the time) and I read this on holiday last year. We both loved it 😀 7y

To be honest, I wasn't aware that a fifth book in this series had been published, but I'm very happy it did. It is way to soon to end this story! Another 5/5 stars from here 😄

Oh wow! What an amazing yet terrifying story. I'm completely blown away by the cruelty but also the love. With this book you almost completely loose faith in mankind but one single person lights it all up. Ephram is the ultimate hero! 5/5 stars

I can't believe that I'm already finished with the world of Harry Potter again but it was a lovely short adventure into an always missed universe. Even though it wasn't quite the same style as the previous books, I still loved the interactions between the characters and the overall plot of the story. 😍
