I wouldn't have been able to do any of it. I obviously don't have the nerve I am a watcher for sure

Been waiting a long time for it and after one weekend I'm almost finished.

Loved that it was from Portland Oregon felt it was missing a lot of small details it jumped around a lot.

The idea for this book was so amazing I knew I would be able to read it in just on sitting. The killer for me on this book was the childish characters they were all so petty and only cared about themselves.

I was in love with the idea of this book and followed all of the twists and turns until it was about 30 pages until the end and something snapped. I feel that I could have made a better ending to this book.

NaomiroseMauro Agreed I don't really like the end and I don't plan on reading the second one 8y
Jellenberger The whole book had me completely captivated and believing every word about the end of the world and I was so excited for him to break out and see the devastated and disgusting after world. So disappointing 8y
BillBlume The entire last third of the book just lost all credibility for me. The premise for how the father intended for the main character to solve a puzzle for getting out that hinges on so many coincidences being connected by someone...makes no sense, and saying "Well, the father was crazy" doesn't excuse that. 7y
