If you told 10th grade me that 27 year old me would be waiting breathlessly for the next installment of Hawthorne, I would have laughed in your face. Yet here we are.

Jacket summary was misleading but I liked it anyway. Beautiful descriptions of photography, fleshed out and flawed characters, and a believably confused main character. Didn't love the romance and disliked the best friend immensely. But overall pick.
