My husband & I haven't been anywhere alone, alone alone, together, since our honeymoon in 2008. And it's wearing on him. When I mentioned I had made a pact with my fellow mom-friend in the UK to run away from our families in 2019 & meet in Iceland for a week, he got a little upset that I'd go on a trip w/o him. mrsmarch @Alfoster He's been to London and Georgia without me, for weddings, and I've been Reno and Malibu without him, for weddings, and I took our older girl to Las Vegas when my mom had surgery, and we've been on numerous family visits to Florida, and to Pennsylvania and Maine this year...but we haven't traveled alone in so long! 7y
