"Hoist the colors!"

This is in reference to the #JollyRogers, the trademark of a pirate. It signaled and warned enemy ships of their untimely death and what they could expect from the pirates, no mercy. Originally, red in color, as seen on the playing cards, and got its name from the French word rouge, meaning red.
