On a day that made me feel frustrated, powerless, and invisible, I'm reminded I'm blessed to work with young people. In the face of so many circumstances that I cannot change, I will embrace the opportunities I have each day to do the things I can: I will talk them about the world they want to make. I will invite them to consider the world complexly. I will give them chances to experience the power of their own voices. #iamapublicschoolteacher
