so-soOof. This book is a tough one to review.
A compulsively readable M/M romance with lovable protagonists.
That being said, it gets tricky here when examining some of the aspects of the internalized homophobia expressed here, because if the bio of the author is believed she's a straight cis woman, which begs the question: Do the characters' struggles feel authentic or do they perpetuate stereotypes?

Amris It's very common! I have heard anecdotely of male authors of M/M romance that use female pseudonyms for anonymity, but I couldn't give you an example. 7y
