Review: This was such a huge disappointment for me. The first book in this series was great, but this just repeated the premise from the first, even involving the same cast of characters and inciting incident, cont.
Mattsbookaday and they were barely interesting enough to sustain one good book, let alone two. This also stretched the limits of credulity past the breaking point: at one point, the main character literally causes an accident that almost kills someone while fleeing arrest, with zero consequences.
